Conversion of enquiries into sales
- Attending to customer calls

Database management and MIS
- Maintaining database of enquiries made at Head Office
- Regular follow-up with database to provide information of various projects to the customers
- Maintaining MIS of sales done from Head Office
- SFDC Lead management
1. KEY DELIVERABLES / KEY RESULT AREAS
· Meeting Sales Target set by the Sales Team
· Maintaining channel partner relations at Pan India Level so as to drive sales in Pune or any other region
· Travel to key markets for building and strengthening channel partner relationships
· Travel to key markets to understand projects in different geographies
· Cross selling of projects (Pune projects to outside market and Outside projects from Pune market)
· Completion of all sales documentation
· Maintaining database and MIS
· SFDC lead management
This role is responsible for achieving assigned sales targets through augmenting current channel partner base in new geographies & for closing the sales process with appropriate.
Key Accountabilities - :
Channel Partner screening and creating a network of channel intermediaries
· Screens for potential channel partners, with specific target markets, in consistence with the business requirements
· Considers factors like size, viability, suitability for target market, management competency, etc of the channel partners
· Researches on channel partners’ track record, experience, credibility, technical knowledge, etc
· Maintains the paperwork related to channel partner registration
· Creates and maintains a database of channel partners
Managing Channel Network
· Aligns the channel partner with the organization’s long term goals to ensure maximum mutual profitability
· Develops a roadmap for establishing a smooth and stable working relationship with the channel partner
· Compares revenue impact vs availability of alternatives while dealing with partners.
· Follows up with channel partners to meet targets
· Maintains MIS records of Channel partners’ performance
· Keeps track of invoices and payments from channel partners
