Purpose Of Job
The main purpose of this job is to support the HR business partner in implementing HR plan for the process. The role holder is also required to work closely with the corporate recruitment team to ensure effective staffing for the process.
The position formulates partnerships across the HR function to deliver value-added service to management and employees that reflects the business objectives of the organization.
The main priorities of the post are
- To support management on human resource-related issues
- Understand the business context to help HRBP in getting the HR processes implemented on the ground.
- Maintain effective staffing for the process.
Context And Environment
This profile is a part of HR function. This function is responsible to support the Business Unit to implement HR plans and solutions in order to achieve strategic business initiatives and deliver results.

Recruitment
Accountabilities, responsibilities and main duties:
- Experience in end to end recruitment cycle from sourcing (Using different direct sourcing modes), screening, assessment to hiring candidates as per the organizations needs and guidelines
- Maintain records related to recruitment as per the defined process and procedure.
- Strong stakeholder management skills, maintaining relations with the hiring managers, recruitment vendors, leadership and have periodic meetings to update them on the open positions.
- Vendor relationship management, managing the quality as well as timelines on candidate profiles sourced from vendors. On boarding new vendors and identifying non-value adding vendors
- Manage employee files and ensure all the employment related documents are in place within the defined SLA’s
- Manage records for internal compliances
HR Business Support
- Support in implementing people projects and initiatives for delivery function.
- Implement a variety of employee engagement initiatives in the process.
- Provide on-going support to the HRBP on human resources related matters, policies and procedures.
- Work with different levels of the organization to achieve defined results.
- Ensure HR processes in full compliance for the process.
Information Security
- Ensure that their workforce are aware of the information security policies and comply with them
- Ensures that the team complies to ISO 27001 and IGA related requirements
- Send account opening requests effectively
- Disable accounts immediately for leavers and Absconders /on long leaves
- Document and monitor / review access levels of his/her team
- Provide security awareness and education to team
- Manage Records to ensure compliance to Freedom of information act
- Ensure incidents of their respective functions are closed within SLAs
