Job Description
The job incumbent will be responsible for working as a part of the digital team where the main role of the person will to understand the overall strategy of the organization and how it is aligned with the Digital platforms. The resource will be responsible for planning, strategizing and guiding the digital agencies and internal teams.
Responsibilities
- Develop digital content for brands, in partnership with agencies & vendor across Video, Influencer content, Display, search, social and ecom.
- Work with creative agencies to set KPI and drive monthly weekly/monthly content strategy to ensure continuous engagement and growth for the brand
- Work with ORM teams - Direct and through social listening, establishing measurable KPI and ensuring achievements.
- Work with the creative agencies to strategize and grow the content capability of the team
- Ensure to drive the vision of Data-led marketing as per organizational goal.
- Ideate and drive video production with the help of seniors and agencies to deliver the best output.
- Understand global/ India digital trends and gain insights which can be adapted for the business.
- Working with cross-functional teams (Brand, Mainline Develop and execute digital campaigns for multiple product. Closely work with brand team, creative & media agency and external vendors to develop and drive digital initiatives across multiple product launches. Campaigns to be built across Social, Video, Display and search
- Work with design &development agency to manage the Brand’s presence on all major social media platforms (Facebook, Youtube, Instagram, Twitter etc.) Ensure content efforts to drive conversion on social platforms
- The work ranges from design, content planning, content execution, driving engagement on Social platforms.
- Marketing, GTM, Design etc.) to drive digital goals
- Should have hands on social media marketing experience of managing handles for brands
Qualifications
- 2+ years of work experience (Major experience should be in Social Media Marketing)
- Preferable experience in Digital Marketing team in making content
- Hands on experience on major Digital and Social platforms is a must
