Job Duties
- Spearhead end-to-end lead qualification lifecycle by having complete product knowledge, providign sales demo, negotiating deal terms, and contract execution with a diverse set of customers and internal teams.
- Collaborate with the Marketing team (Direct & Inside) to achieve business results.
- Instrumental in Lead generation and conversions, sales volumes and targets, customer acquisition, and prospect management.
- Develop strong market knowledge of existing and potential clients, mustering business growth opportunities aligned with the company’s strategic plans.
- Be familiar with marketing campaigns, above the line, below the line activities, and to create new partners. Discuss opportunities to deploy a business plan, pitch decks, and proposals.
- Research client business referrals, network, and web leads.
- Analyze prospect needs and liaise leads to provide solutions and support. Resolve queries to all potential client questions and ensure follow-up calls.
- Create an informative presentation deck, draft emails, and actively engage with prospects to identify their pain points and needs.
- Collaborate with the sales team and understand the gaps, segment potential with high, medium, and low-risk clients. Co-ordinate to fix schedules for business opportunities and product demonstration opportunities to prospects.
- Manage your pipeline leads, follow-up emails, calls, lead progression to close.
- Create and maintain the database for all prospective clients identified through various channels. Update records in our CRM and ensure accuracy of data.
Ideal Profile
- Must have great proficiency & fluency in English.
- Should have strong verbal and written communication skills with demonstrated experience engaging B2B clients with a track record of success.
- Must have excellent communication, interpersonal and relationship-building skills.
- Must have experience selling financial or technical products.
- Must have sales experience selling products/service in the US or UK market.
- Must have the knack to handle objections and provide effective rebuttals.
- Must have the skills to bypass gatekeepers and schedule appointments.
- Must prioritize tasks.
- Must be result-oriented professional.
- Candidate should be self-motivated, follow the process, use the right tools to achieve goals.
- Must be tech-savvy and handle different prospecting tools.
Candidate Qualification
- Bachelor’s degree from a reputed institution.
- Familiarity with the payments industry, fraud management, chargeback management a plus.
- Should be able to work at US shift (8 PM - 5 AM IST).
- Have a passion for sales and business development.
- Must have prior sales/BD experience in tech industry.
