Job Description
The ideal candidate is a team player who will be responsible for working with company data in various business areas. Specific responsibilities include reporting metrics, analyzing methodologies, suggesting operation improvements, and building proposal evaluations in a cross-functional environment.
NOTE:
You will be required to fill 3 Forms Followed by an assignment and then 2 Phone Interviews.

- We are seeking a go-getter who is willing to chip in with any task and has a strong work ethic. This is not a 9 am-5 pm position. You would have to work 2-4 hours on the weekends also as the clients are most available then. Total Hours are human since you can take off on weekdays for time on weekend.
- Some of the responsibilities include:
You will have to work for our online consulting side business and help complete market research, presentation, and product-related projects.
A. Sales:
- Managing Sales Pipelines on CRM / Linkedin
- Lead Generation and Data Entry
- Primary Duty: Business Development through portals like Upwork / Fiverr / Email Campaigns
B. Operations:
- Administrative Tasks
- Assist the operations team in the development of the project like creating powerpoints, market research, competition analysis, landscape analysis, etc
- Product Survey's and calls.
- Assist the HR team
C. Marketing Operations:
- Manage social media accounts with provided collaterals.
- Build a social media awareness by following articles, learning, and growing awareness.
You are:
- Regular at maintaining a timesheet
- Proficient in MS office
- Will need to develop proficiency in Hubspot, Asana, Google Documents
- Excellent Email Communication Skills
- Excellent at web research and education one-self about different topics.
- Note: Your pay post base payment will be linked to company revenue, hence you are required to be a self-motivated person.
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience
- Fluency in Microsoft Office suite (Outlook, Excel, Word, PowerPoint, etc.)
- Strong written, verbal and collaboration skills
- 3+ Years of Experience
- High Aptitude
- Ability to handle the intense workload, pace and training timelines
