As a Business Development Manager, you will be working remotely until the current pandemic situation is under control. Later on, you may continue to work remotely or have the option to move to Hydrabad or Trivandrum, where our offices are located.

Job Responsibilities:
- Develop new client accounts (Direct / Tier 1/2 Partners), should be able to identify/target potential Vendors for IT staffing business in the USA and get contract Staffing Requirements and close positions.Interact with clients on a daily basis and identify staffing opportunities to fulfill. Get involved in the complete recruitment cycle - from sourcing to placing.
- Client relationship management.
- Building accounts with contractor staffing needs and ongoing support.
- Partnering and identifying opportunities for IT Services projects.
- Leverage your existing relationships and network to open new business.
- Expertise in recruiting Citizens, EADs, Green Card Holders, OPT, CPT and H1B consultants and proficient knowledge in US employment tax terms such as 1099,W2, and Corp to Corp (C2C) placing candidate on contract, contract to hire and full-time Positions.
- Experience in using job boards like Dice, Monster, Techfetch , Linkedin, Indeed, Google groups etc.
- Possess a deep knowledge of the consulting or professional services, vendor RFP, proposal, sales pitch and SOW processes.
- Having knowledge on MIS, RPF, RFQ, RFI and SOW preferred.
- Prepare excellent Marketing materials, case studies, presentations, documentations etc. using MS Office, Slide Share, etc.
What we are Looking For:
- Minimum of 5 years of experience in IT staffing business development/account management in the US market.
- Must have prior relationships with Tier-1/2 Partners / End Clients with a consistent track record of placements with them.
- Aggressive and Target oriented with ability to work in a high-pressure environment, multi-tasking, and self-motivated.
- Should be able to work Independently - end to end in pursuing placements/revenue targets.
- Expert level technical recruitment skills.
- Sharp, articulate, and energetic with a CAN-DO attitude.
