Key Result Areas:
- Experimenting proven techniques in leader to create more leader who and add value in company, and create wow experience among leader thru continuous touch and support management.
- Focus on how service is delivered rather than delivery of service and what value to be added in service to reach internal customer delight.
- Responsible for optimizing Utilization of human talent with help of Artificial Intelligence tools to get maximum output.
- Conceptualized and implemented various Productivity enhancement Business plans through various Reward & recognition and engagement programs as a strategic.
- Strategic HR Business Partner with expertise in developing, recommending & implementing human resources strategies and contributing to the corporate strategic agenda by promoting a culture of performance.
- Provide high-level coordination and technical expertise to ensure effective management of the strategic planning and strategic analysis to ensure effective implementation of the new strategy.
- Redefining the process flow of HR, Organization Restructuring, and Rightsizing during economic slowdown, Performance Oriented Culture, Change Management - Culture Building and Assimilation.
- Function as a strategic business advisor to the executive/senior management of each business unit or specialty group regarding key organizational and management Growth.
- Identify, align, and build on the business’s human capital capabilities in order to achieve overall business results and reach desired targets.
- Ensure alignment and effective implementation of strategic initiatives through smart organizational design and strong change management practices.
- Facilitate the Annual Business Plan and Manpower Budgeting for all the business verticals/units and drive productivity through manning norms, eliminating non value added activities, rightsizing & downsizing
- Facilitate a culture of Operational Excellence & heightened efficiency for all the business verticals/units.
- Drive Productivity using the Transformation processes through business needed interventions and tools for enhancing efficiency and taking the organization to next level
- Drive Organizational Change through effectivePartnering with Business Heads to achieve the Short & Long Term Objectives & creating seamless alignment between business strategy- people strategy.
- Develop & Implement Strategies to build Leadership Capabilities, Technical Capabilities (SDC) & Succession Pipeline to meet Growth.
- Carry out Organizational Diagnosis and develop action plans in order to create a High Performing Organization.
- Be an active Mentor & Coach for Senior Management on People Strategies, HR Challenges & Cost Optimization
- Manpower Optimisation, Delivering OD & Change Management, Culture building, supports company’s strategic goal to be a high-performing organisation to include initiatives which foster a high performance culture where valuing learning, continuous improvement and diversity are the norm.
- Building a High Performance Organisation through re-engineering / setting up more real-time & effective Performance Management systems & Reward mechanisms.
- Enabling / Setting up high Employee Engagement eco-systems that drive sustainable growth & happiness. Coaching / Mentoring CXOs and HODs towards a High Performance & Growth mind-set.
- Design & implement HR Automation solutions to enable efficiencies as well as data / analytics based decision- making.
- Fostered employee and organizational development, encouraging strengths and identifying potential areas of growth. Developed and taught extensive training programs for management/employees on diversity inclusion, leadership, change management, sexual harassment, and legal compliance.
- Designed & implemented holistic HR initiatives to meet short & long-term business challenges with focus on the following key areas such as talent & leadership, culture & values, engagement & connect, supervisory capability, skill development, productivity & cost in different verticals.

Desired Candidate Profile
- Masters degree in Human Resources, Strategic Management, Business Administration, or a related field.
- Ph.D. may be preferred.
- A minimum of 20 years of HR experience, with at least 4-5 years of experience in current employer.
- Work experience as a Chief HR Officer, VP of HR or similar role
- Senior Professional in Human Resources (SPHR) certificate, Human Resource Information Professional (HRIP) certificate, or similar may be advantageous.
- Sound knowledge of labor laws and HR functions.
- Strong leadership and interpersonal skills.
- Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills.
- The ability to engage with personnel at all levels of employment.
- Strong planning and organizational skills.
