Job Description
Key responsibilities include:
- To implement a continuous Process Controls Improvement programme under the guidance of the Associate Director aimed at simplifying OUPIs work,
- To use incidences of process failures to review processes from time to time.
- To work on regular opportunities for automation of processes.
- To supervise independent checks on processes etc. as agreed from time to time.
- To ensure points identified by Group Internal Audit and Statutory Auditors are closed in the agreed time tables.
- To develop SOPs for all critical business processes (Finance, Operations, Sales processes) under the guidance of AD, Finance
- Business partnering on Services/Cost structures. Reviews with department heads on various cost structures with a view of minimizing wastage
About You
You will be an strong Team Player with the ability to drive and support team. A pro-active, smart and positive approach to problem solving and closing sales is essential.
Essential:
- Chartered Accountant with minimum 5 years post qualification experience preferably in Risk Management or Assurance wings of quality firm of Chartered Accountants.
- Strong controls and processes orientation.
- Ability to multi-task and handle a fast-paced work environment.
- Strong business understanding and knowledge on cost structures.
- Strong interpersonal skills, ability to communicate and manage well at all levels of the organization and with staff at remote locations essential.
Desirable:
- Strong problem-solving and creative skills and the ability to exercise sound judgment and make decisions based on accurate and timely analyses.
