Job Description
Role :
Responsible for achieving budgeted sales / Collection target through business associates / direct clients.
Responsibilities :
- To achieve set targets and contribute to development and growth of business performing the role of an Account Manager, Collections also the key parameter.
- Plan new/existing contacts for customer retention, penetration and proactively meeting customer's requirements/problem resolution.
- Work with other internal department/teams to resolve customer queries/issues to meet customer satisfaction/service levels.
- Collect & Communicate market/competition information and implement business development initiatives.
- Candidates with less experience could be considered if they have an exceptional sales track record.Corporate Sales , B2B Concept.
- Candidate Must be from LTL /Cargo Background.
- At least 4-5 Years working experience in Cargo/ LTL Sales.
- Must have Two wheeler with Valid License.
- Good Communication Skill & Good Personality.
- Will be responsible for Generating New Business in the assigned territory.
- Will be responsible for Increasing the Market Share of the Company in the assigned territory.
- Cross Selling of all Products -LTL/ Express / Ecom/ International
- Market Intelligence / Market Survey.
- Ensuring Smooth Collection from all Customers
- Retention of Existing Clients.
- Yield Management / Good interpersonal skill / Good presentation Skill.
- Aggressive on field sales
