Here’s an ideal Creative Team Lead role if you already have demonstrable experience as a Senior Designer either in-house or with a digital agency. We’ll make sure that you have plenty of varied projects to get stuck into allowing us to get an insight into your creative side whilst gaining principal brand guidelines along the journey. Please note that initially, this will be a full-time role with varied shift hours to cover our global remit.

YouGov is a leading international data and analytics group. Within Marketing Design, our Creative team is accountable for the global creative execution, as well as ensuring that outputs are delivered to meet the highest standards of the YouGov brand.
Role & Responsibilities
You will be supporting the Visual Brand Principle with overseeing the design discipline and managing a team of Creative Designers.
Key duties include:
- Leading multiple projects at one time and collaborate with wider teams to define the project brief and deliverables, schedule deadlines and team requirements
- Ensuring internal processes are well defined and attainable
- Assigning projects to your direct reports as per their expertise and experience, overseeing their output to ensure they are delivered on time and on-brand
- Being a mentor to your team with a hands-on approach
- Working closely with the VBP to develop new templates and execute the creative vision aligned with our brand refresh

Desired Skills and Experience
What we’re looking for
- Proven experience in a senior design position within an agency or in-house creative team
- Expert in Adobe CS products and Microsoft PowerPoint
- A creative portfolio demonstrating advanced design, layout and production skills across a variety of disciplines. Video and animation are an advantage
- Experience managing and coaching others; inspiring and leading creatives to get the best out of them
- Strong visual skills, creative thinker, detail-orientated, and always striving for quality and consistency
- Experience working within marketers, sales and business professionals
- Excellent communication and organisation skills
