The Roles & Responsibilities of the Customer Care Team Lead are as follows-
Understand & Learn the various processes happening in customer care department of our team.
Streamlining the processes happening in our Customer Care department.
Mentoring our Customer Care Team.
Helping Customer Care Team in serving the customers in the most delightful manner.
Solving the issues faced by Customer Care Team.
Making sure that the customers do not face the same problem repeatedly.
Analysing Customer behaviour based on their buying pattern.
Working on ways to improve and enhance customer retention.
Helping technology team in understanding the different needs of the end Customers. So that better tech solutions can be made for end customers.
Providing suggestions to the management team for better functioning of the department.
Desired Candidate Profile-
Any person with 3+ years of experience in customer care industry will be given preference for the role. Although those with different background but have a zeal to work can also apply.
We are looking for candidates who can be with us as a core part of the organization in the future years to come. Someone with entrepreneurial traits.
