Roles and Responsibilities:
The responsibility of an advisor as customer service associate will be to assist our customers end to end, for any queries around billing, package related and Broadband and Cable Setup box not working. High attention to details, accuracy, and quality. Ability to multi-task in usage of different applications and tools.
Desired Candidate Profile:
Prior international call center work experience preferred.
Non-call center work experience.
Mandatory the person need to work from Bangalore.
UK shift : 12.30pm to 2.30am - Flexible to work in shifts (Around 10 hours) – No fixed sat/sun off(5 days a week)
