The Customer Success Manager is responsible for the adoption, advocacy, retention, and growth of our customers. He/s will be responsible for aligning customer objectives and goals to successful product usage, advising best practices, and focusing on client satisfaction. The key success metrics in this role will include the client’s product usage/adoption, upsell & retention.
Experience Required: Min 1 Year to Max 4 Years.
Candidates from Chandigarh Tricity will be given preference.
