WATI.io is WhatsApp-first Engagement Platform, to increase sales and reduce customer support costs. By using centralized company WhatsApp number, companies use WATI.io to automate sales conversations, and escalate to agents replying on-the-go.
WATI.io is growing its customer base and now serving businesses from over 20+ countries. We are looking for a Customer Success Specialist to join the team.

What you will do:
- Provide online demo to the prospective clients
- Organize Webinar for new product updates
- Onboarding new clients to use the platform
- Maintain a high level of customer response and satisfaction
- Provide constructive suggestions upon day-to-day customer relationship management to perfect user experience
- Serve as the escalation point for any items within the account
- Support the billing and invoice process
What we are looking for:
- Strong verbal and written communications skills in English or Foreign languages (e.g. Spanish, Portuguese, etc)
- Strong organization and follow-up skills with attention to details
- Track record of high performance and extremely satisfied customers
- Experience with SaaS is preferred
- Internship experience relevant to sales operations and/or customer service with start-up would be a plus
