Summary: We are looking for a Data Analyst to join our corporate marketing team.
 

• This is a remote position.*
  
  Essential Functions
  
  Analyze business data. Identify trends and patterns. Deliver actionable insights.
  
  Support marketing and other business functions with ad-hoc and periodic analysis.
  
  Analyze performance of organizational initiatives based on available data.
  
  Generate reports. Reconcile reports across multiple sources.
  
  Develop, implement and maintain a dashboard of key business metrics.
  
  Recommend changes in reporting formats to optimize usability. Implement improvements.
  
  Analyze and track KPI's. Provide periodic reports to the management team.
  
  Perform other analytical and reporting activities as assigned.
  
  Required
  
  Experience And Qualifications
  
  3+ years of experience as a data analyst.
  
  Advanced knowledge of Excel and PowerPoint.
  
  Experience with data visualization tools like Tableau and PowerBI.
  
  Experience in using web analytics including Google Analytics tool set.
  
  Experience in using SQL and other scripting languages like Python and R.
  
  Experience in building executive dashboards.
  
  Analytical mindset with attention to details.
  
  Outstanding acumen with numbers. Ability to identify patterns and trends.
  
  Ability to multi-task and prioritize across projects.
  
  Ability to communicate with multiple stakeholders in a fast paced environment.
  
  Excellent business communication and interpersonal skills.
  
  High motivation and ethical standards.
  
  Academic Qualifications
  
  Bachelors degree in Computer Science, IT, Mathematics, Statistics or comparable field. May be offset by substantial relevant experience in comparable role.
  
  Preferred
  
  Prior experience in consumer goods or cosmetic & beauty industry an advantage.
