ABOUT THE ROLE
Digital Lead - Performance Marketing
(At least 3 years of experience in running paid, search, and display campaigns (SEO, Google, Facebook, Instagram).
In this start-up role, you will implement and execute strategies to create optimal and efficient mix of online marketing revenue-driving investments. You should have hands-on execution experience in managing ad-words, paid social campaigns. Responsibility will range from planning, implementing, analyzing and optimizing all online performance marketing activities – paid search, remarketing, social media, affiliate marketing and organic search. You will start by implementing a process and structure to the performance marketing models for our clients and lead continuous improvement across all channels to drive qualified traffic on the website and maximize ROI.
This is client facing role and is required to interact with the client’s digital marketing team on ongoing activities.
Job Description
• Ownership of the execution of organic and paid campaigns, and monitor performance across social media, google search and display channels.
• Create, edit, and manage customer journeys and execute activation and retention campaigns to optimize lead engagement and customer acquisition.
• Manage campaign reporting and build month-on-month on the acquisition, activation, and retention numbers.
• Manage the day-to-day search marketing activities across multiple search engines including researching, growing and optimizing keyword portfolios and bid management strategies and refining campaigns through ad copy tests, landing pages, negative keywords, etc.
• Work with affiliate networks to recruit new affiliates and negotiate commissions, build relationships and increase engagement with existing affiliates, ensuring the correct and timely delivery of campaign materials.
• Improve conversion rate metrics by analyzing the acquisition funnel and come up with retargeting solutions to reduce funnel leakage
• Monitor budgets, ensure accurate tracking, report to stakeholders about day to day performance of campaigns
• Drive revenue, achieve targeted ROI and maintain positive KPI trends; determine necessary adjustments to optimize overall marketing effectiveness in line with budgetedmarketing spend.
• Deliver clear, concise and reliable reporting on all activities to key stakeholders
Role Requirements
• Strong understanding of digital marketing platforms (SEO, Google Ads words, Display, Facebook Ads managers Instagram, Affiliate network)
• Expertise in Ad-words and paid social
• Expertise in building and running paid digital campaigns to drive consistent sales and revenue growth.
• Understanding of performance marketing channels like programmatic displays, UAC etc.
• Comfortable with data structuring and analysis using Microsoft excel
• Performance driven mindset - ability to utilize data on hand to make informed decisions; ability to translate data into insights and decision points
• Ability to effectively collaborate with creative designers and other members of the marketing team in order to produce desired output
• Entrepreneurial mindset, self-organized, passionate with an adaptive temperament in face of start-up activities
• Good written, oral and visual communication skills
