Manage paid media campaigns, working across an exciting and diverse range of platforms, including paid search, social, display, native and video.
Work with the Paid Media Account Director and Paid Media Managers to develop client campaign strategy to match ROI.
Train Junior Analysts and wider teams across Found.
Work with internal teams to set KPIs for campaigns and ensure performance is monitored closely against client goals and contractual requirements.
Develop and maintain close and productive client relationships as well as have the ability to identify new business opportunities from existing clients
Develop a strong insight into each client's campaign(s) and provide well-informed, strategic and timely advice to both clients and internal departments in order to continually optimise activity.
On a regular basis, client serving, communicate directly with client, attending or leading meetings, creating campaign plans/changes and implementing them as required.
Maintain an in-depth understanding of the performance status of accounts at all times.
Work with the Client Leadership and Sales teams to provide forecasts and presentations.
Keep up to date with the latest changes in the paid landscape and ensure these are communicated clearly internally.
Create an effective account structure plan, taking into consideration the clients objectives on AdWords & other required platform.
Daily maintenance of campaigns and account budgets to ensure client spends are not exceeded and you are constantly providing value.
Ongoing optimisation of account/ campaign, including SQR's, trend analysis, competitor research etc.
Works to collaboratively to translate strategic vision into tactical solutions and results.
Responsible for ongoing optimisation efforts to meet campaign objectives including but not limited to negative keyword strategies, website and category exclusions, Ad creative, and landing page revisions based on performance history and the client's objectives.
Consistently looks for ways to improve current processes or introduce new approaches.
Set up all tagging as required by the campaign.
Responsible for daily management of campaign budgets, on-site conversion actions and bid management.
Works closely with Strategy, Data and Insights and Service Delivery team to execute clients' strategic plans and provide best in class search engine marketing solutions.
Create and provide campaign performance reports and ensure they are shared and communicated well to the client.
Create monthly reports as per company standards, conducting analysis and providing commentary for results.
Recommend key actions as a result of reporting.
Ensure GA data is correctly reporting (cross check, highlight discrepancies).
Minimum of 1 year to 3 years experience in managing AdWords campaigns.
Attention to detail and analytical thought process.
Advanced computer skills, proven experience in Excel and PowerPoint.
Strong quantitative and qualitative analytical skills.
