Job Description
The ideal candidate will oversee the digital marketing strategy for the organization by planning and executing digital marketing campaigns.
Responsibilities
- Develop a detailed understanding of product, users, and understanding of marketing channels to build an effective user acquisition strategy and marketing plan
- Create, analyze and manage the performance of digital marketing campaigns running on various platforms like Facebook, Google, SMS, emails, offline channels, etc.
- Create target strategies for creating various marketing campaigns among different channels
- Think of creative ideas to achieve the marketing goals
- Keep numbers, analytics, and ROI at the heart of marketing decisions
- Work closely with the rest of the team (development, content, and design) to help deliver company goals
Qualifications
- Google Analytics/AdWords certification/FB marketing is a plus
- Expert in data analysis
- 1-2 years of experience with paid search, social media campaigns, and other marketing channels
- A first principle’s thinker & open to learning and unlearning every day based on business requirements and changing environment
- Proven marketing skills, optimization techniques, and bid management
- Strong knowledge of SEO, social media, and ad networks
- Strong with MS-Excel (Pivots & Formulas)
- Effective in working with developers, designers, and content writers for product integrations, creatives design, and ad copywriting respectively
