We are looking for a supremely talented Digital Marketing Professional with domain expertise in SEO, SEM, and PPC strategies to drive in-bound lead generation.
As a key member of the marketing team, you will have to manage all Search Engine Optimization activities including content marketing strategy, link building and keyword strategy, Social Media Marketing, run PPC campaigns and monitor paid search budgets. Your goal will be to ensure our online marketing efforts have the highest possible Return on Investment (ROI).
Our ideal candidate will blend thoughtful execution with strategic insight and have hands on attitude in building and delivering marketing campaigns.
Must have: Industry relevant experience in Ayurveda and Yoga packages
What You Will Do?
1. Collect and analyze data and results, identify trends and insights in order to achieve maximum ROI in paid search campaigns
2. Track, report, and analyze website analytics and PPC initiatives and campaigns
3. Manage campaign expenses, staying on budget, estimating monthly costs and reconciling discrepancies
4. Perform ongoing keyword discovery, expansion and optimization and research and implement SEO recommendations
5. Work with marketing teams to optimize SEO in content creation and content programming
6. Recommend changes to website architecture, content, linking and other factors to improve SEO positions for target keywords
7. Launch and optimize various PPC campaigns, monitor budget and adjust bids to gain better ROI
8. Lead the strategy around keyword selection and audience targeting
9. Maintain partnerships with PPC ad platforms and vendors
Accountable for all content marketing related activities to drive maximum traffic, engagement, leads- that deliver sales, brand awareness and customer retention
10. Channel management of digital content hubs and all supporting social channels. 11. Should have a good understanding of the best practices of most used digital marketing channels, its content style and approach
12. Insights on guest blogging, sponsored content, influencer marketing and video marketing
Must Have Traits:
Proven SEO, SEM and PPC experience of 5+ years with quantifiable results in Ayurveda and Yoga.
Google Analytics and AdWords Certification would be preferable
Solid understanding of performance marketing, conversion, and online customer acquisition
In-depth experience of website analytics and bid management tools
Experience in data analysis and reporting
Understanding of HTML and XML is a plus
Proven ability to establish goals and set clear expectations, prioritize activities, and follow through with timely execution in a fluid, cross functional team environment
