Digital Strategist – Gurgaon
Media Moments is seeking an expert in all things social and digital, who has an analytical and strategic mind with a proven portfolio in managing social media and digital marketing campaigns for clients. Alongside the support of some experienced digital and creatives from the HQ, who you will also be able to collaborate closely with, you will lead ‘how to cast the creative idea’ in various platforms and give it social currency. As a key member of a Digital Creative Agency, some of the important skills to have is great judgement and disposition towards ideas, brand building and creative strategy.
The Role
- Translate briefs into inspiring strategy that kick off and guide relevant marketing program initiatives
- Create brand ideologies that stem from in-depth research of a product its perceived consumers and the completion along with the ecosystem the product would delve in
- Oversees integration across the business to have the most impactful, cohesive and integrated campaigns possible.
- Present strategies around insight gleaned from in-depth understanding of the brand, consumers’ feelings, attitudes and behaviours, and cultural trends that are done via innovative research, tracking and listening methodologies while assessing situations, identifying opportunities
- Collaborate with multiple disciplines including tech, media, social, connections PR, and creatives – we’re a much more “full-service” agency
- Create awareness, understanding and demand for strategy/account planning’s contribution by teaching, explaining and more importantly demonstrating its role, value and impact
- Possess a passion and encyclopaedic knowledge of online advertising and digital campaigns -- and can effectively find, share, and articulate case studies, explaining how and why things worked or did not work
- Write messaging decks and narrative frameworks. Develop audience-specific messaging
- A true collaborator, able to work across, creative, account and client constituents and run idea-igniting workshops, brainstorms and briefing sessions
- Day-to-day, will act as a strategist on client accounts in various stages of development, ensuring we create work that resonates with our clients’ customers. Whether crafting a brand positioning or uncovering the insight to drive the next campaign, you’ll work hands-on with your co-workers from other teams (specifically Design, Copy, Digitals, and PR)
Desired Skills and Experience
- Minimum of 6 years in a strategy role within a communications agency, preferably a creative and/or digital agency, or creative/connections strategy role at media agency
- Proficient skills on creating PowerPoint presentations of ideologies and processes
- Exposure to and experience on a variety of assignments, from brand strategy work to activation and tactical execution planning
- Demonstrated ability to engage and contribute at the strategic level, both internally and with clients.
- Experience with a variety of project types (i.e., broadcast, print, brand, strategic consulting, etc.).
- Demonstrated ability to think strategically while managing multiple projects.
- Ability to adapt quickly and effectively to shifting priorities and short timelines.
- Demonstrated success in motivating and leading account teams.
- Strong organizational, analytical and persuasion skills.
- Well-developed interpersonal skills – at all levels of communication.
- Clear and concise business writing skill
- Should have experience working with a range of clients including corporate and B2B clients – consumer lifestyle, and consumer and enterprise technology electronics also a plus
