Bachelor's degree or equivalent practical experience.
10 to 16 years of Talent Acquisition experience with atleast 5 years of leadership experience designing, building, and leading a full lifecycle talent acquisition function.
Should have worked with atleast one Startup, leading Talent Acquisition and building the organisation from ground zero.
Preferred qualifications:
Experience hiring, leading, and inspiring a recruiting team, including consulting with the business on needs, sourcing active and passive candidates, selection and offer negotiation.
Excellent business acumen and analytical skills, with proficiency in utilizing data to support a recruiting strategy, process, decision-making, and budget control.
Knowledge and experience with selection, implementation, and evaluation of recruiting tools and applicant tracking systems.
Comfortable "rolling up sleeves to get things done" in tandem with participating in deeply complex strategy discussions with Founders & Business Leaders
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build relationships and influence across all levels (both customer and candidates).
Should have experience in scaling Business Teams across India - Operations, Sales, Marketing, Corporate teams at Scale & High Bar.
