This role partners closely with our Global Recruiting Teams to support system and process projects, and data reporting & analysis. This includes data management, reporting, analysis, dashboarding, and resolving problems.
We seek someone who is highly motivated, inquisitive, flexible, data driven, technology focused and a creative problem solver. The ideal candidate will have a strong data management and analysis background with global experience in Talent Acquisition systems and practices. Primary location of this role is flexible with fully remote work options available.
Key Responsibilities:
- Design, Define & Develop our Reporting & Analytics Strategy
- Identify and build data collection methods that optimize efficiency and data quality
- Build value-added reporting through the use of technology
- Interpret data and analyze results using statistical techniques to identify trends and patterns
- Provide valuable insights into team and tool performance, and identify areas for improvement
- Manage projects and program roadmap for Talent Acquisition Systems workstream, leveraging project management principles, agile methodology, and best practices
- Manage, troubleshoot, and resolve moderately complex reporting issues
- Partner with globally distributed teams for timely data extracts
- Create and maintain user guides, training, and system documentation
- Other duties as assigned
Requirements:
- In-depth experience with multiple Talent Acquisition systems, data management, reporting automation, and analytics experience with a global company
- Advanced Excel skills. Some Experience with Reporting Automation
- Strong project and program management skills (PMI certification is a plus)
- Data management skills with a strong analytical mindset and passion for troubleshooting
- Prior experience preparing end-user documentation and conducting end-user training
- Highly motivated self-starter with excellent verbal and written communication skills and relationship skills
- Ability to handle multiple tasks simultaneously while paying attention to detail
- Ability to operate effectively in a dynamic, growing environment with minimal supervision
- Leads in the delivery of HRIS strategies and goals that align with company objectives
- Works hard, but can share a good laugh and have fun while crunching complex numbers.
