Who we are
No-BS Growth is a lean growth team-as-a-service for early-stage startups. We've developed an entirely new engagement model with agility and network effects at its core. Think of us as an on-demand growth team for innovative startups.
We are founded by marketers who were sick of being told that most marketing is BS - partly because we knew it was true, but mostly because it does not have to be.
What we do
We leverage a network of distributed experts and partners to support startups across growth functions and stages. Whether it’s a brand marketer or researcher they need in the earliest days, or a lead generation specialist in the more mature stages, our dynamic team evolves to provide just the support the startup needs across functions. Where you come in
Our core team consists of growth and marketing experts who manage our distributed network of freelance writers, designers, developers, etc to build plans and execute them in close collaboration with the startup.
At this point, we are looking for someone to join us as our first growth associate (also our first employee!). You will understand our new model, and work across functions (in both execution and management capacities). Eventually, this role will transition to a growth lead based on performance.
This role needs you to be empathetic and agile as you'll be working with early teams and founders who are building their startups from the ground up. You'll need to be highly-adaptive and pivot-friendly; startup needs change/evolve rapidly. Here are other things that would make you a good fit:
