Role Overview
Hora is a multi-million dollar startup at the cutting edge of fintech innovation. It is founded by two Princeton-educated serial entrepreneurs and backed by some of the biggest names in global finance and technology—such as Mr Amit Singhal (ex worldwide Head of Google Search) and Mr Michael Novogratz (ex Fortress Investment Group, CEO of Galaxy Group Group Investments).
Already a team of 20+, we appreciate the importance of HR in building a world-class company, are looking for someone to Head the HR function. This is an opportunity for individuals to transcend traditional HR roles and build a dynamic work culture.

This individual will lead the team in its 360-degree human resources function, making sure that Hora resonates with competence and goodwill among all its stakeholders.
You will be responsible for
You will be expected to approach each of these functions strategically, operationally and creatively — taking end-to-end ownership for Hora’s human resources function.
Key Attributes
Education and Experience
We are looking for individuals with an MBA or equal qualification (like IIMs) in HR from top-tier institutions, with extensive experience in recruiting across both tech and non-tech roles. Experience with a startup is a definite plus. Top tier undergrad preferred (such as Stephen’s college, LSR, SRCC).
