SalezShark is expanding its team and looking for an ideal candidate who will be responsible for Sales, Business Development, brand building, and partnership with industries in India and abroad. The candidate must be a leader, self-motivated with an entrepreneur mindset with strong communication skills.
**Must be from IT Product based, SaaS, or CRM domain**
Roles and Responsibilities:
The position holder is expected to drive business growth by generating revenue, Expanding growth opportunities through new business & strategies, developing cordial long-lasting relationships with the customers.
Primary Responsibilities:
- Shall have a very close interaction with the CEO and co-founders of the company.
- Should have experience in shaping an end-to-end business.
- Exposure to New Product Development and savvy with product improvements.
- Should have managed cross-functional position into Sales Operations, Marketing, Product Development, and Strategy and ensuring high quality of customer experience.
- Should have had exposure in creating new processes to improve operational efficiencies.
- Should have had exposure in Designing and implementing the right marketing mix to enable the growth of the product.
- Should be able to drive the sales team accordingly to chase and achieve business targets.
- PL ownership, set up annual sales targets and gross-profit plans (No. of clients to be acquired, onboarded, revenue per client, etc.) in line with the Business Plan with the Company Leadership.
- Establishes sales objectives by forecasting and developing annual sales quotas for regions and territories; projecting expected sales volume and profit for existing and new products.
- Build a strong relationship and grow revenues from new and existing accounts.
- Identification of new opportunities and markets.
- Meeting with prospective clients and develop new business opportunities.
- Develop the territory and build a new customer base.
- Closely monitor competitors and develop strategies to maximize market share and drive profitability.
- Achievement of sales targets.
Additional Responsibilities:
- Manage day to day sales & Marketing team activity.
- Strategically plan and responsible to meet or exceed revenue goals.
- Manage and ensure Program Attrition is below goal.
- Responsible for implementation and adherence to internal processes and standards.
- Responsible for implementation and adherence of processes from the client.
- Responsible for timely Manpower planning for the sales team to be done as per the process and ensure sufficient manpower is available.
- Responsible for client relationship management and manage Client reviews.
- Plan new training and ongoing training for improving performance.
- Identifying training needs to develop a sales team to come up with the next level.
- Documentation for all program-related required forms.
- To keep the expenses under control and ensure the expenses are in proportion to the target.
- Devise and create marketing campaigns to drive lead generation and conversion, lead nurturing, and brand awareness.
- Develop, expand, and maintain Market Maps to understand relevant channels and competitors, and recommend initiatives to drive competitive differentiation.
- Maintain competitor/market information up-to-date to support strategic planning and business development.
- Ability to understand the competitive environment and identify gaps and communicate them to our technology and leadership team.
- Should have the knowledge of different sales reports and should be able to customize reports.

Desired Candidate Profile:
- Excellent command over English (Verbal & Written Both)
- Should have excellent analytical skills
- Should have excellent people management skills
- Should have a thorough understanding of Sales KPI s and Internal KRAs.
- Strong Knowledge of MS Office (Word, Excel, Powerpoint)
- Leadership and Management skills to be able to manage teams.
- Must be from IT Product based, Saas, or CRM domain.
