We are looking for a dynamic HR professional who will be primarily involved in the recruitment process. The candidate ideally should have a good understanding of the digital media industry. MInimum 2 years work experience
Responsibilities:
· Recruitment & Retention: will be doing recruitment activity and campaigns, managing Talent
· Employee Relations: managing leave, disciplinaries, grievances, sickmess etc. Measure employee satisfaction and identify areas that require improvement
· Performance management: Looking into performance management issues and processes and supporting employees on company benefits
· Training: Implementing the training and development agenda; identify areas that need attention and improvement
· Policy & procedures implementation of new HR policies, procedures and processes
· Deal with complex disciplinary/grievance and HR issues, using HR and company knowledge evidencing appropriate decision making skills
Skills/essentials:
· Excellent communication skills
· Should have preferably worked with a reputed media house or digital agency
· Should be able to add value as both an individual contributor and active team member
· Experience of dealing with senior and sometimes challenging individuals
· Ability to build rapport quickly with key members of the executive team.
· Ability to represent the Human Resource function as part of the bigger business picture
· Strong understanding of employment law
· HR Degree from a reputed institute
