What you'll do
As a HR Case Consultant, you’ll deliver effective coaching and support for the business to enable them to confidently deal with HR issues. You’ll be managing a portfolio of employee grievance, disciplinary and absence cases or employee health cases, advising and supporting people managers on related matters.

To be successful in this role, you’ll need a sound knowledge of employment law along with an experience in diagnosing issues and producing practical solutions. You’ll have the ability to demonstrate excellent communication, influencing and conflict resolution skills, and the ability to adapt them where appropriate to minimise risk for the business.
