Job Description
- Work strategically to plan HR initiatives that will benefit company and encourage more efficient and beneficial work from employees.
- Recruit, screen, interview, hire and dismiss employees as necessary, following all HR processes and procedures.
- Manage the on boarding, induction and exit formalities.
- Continually educate employees on company policies.
- Organize, maintain and update employee HRIS information as needed.
- To overlook the leave and attendance for smooth payroll process.
- Monitor employee progress and stay abreast on company climate and culture, ensuring it stays positive and productive.
- Responsible for employee engagement activities.
- Regularly meet with employees for progress reviews and assessments discussing any problems or grievances they may have.
- Promote a positive and open work environment where employees feel comfortable speaking up about issues.
- Handle administrative activities such as purchase and maintain inventory of office equipment, stationery and administer maintenance contracts of office equipment and facilities.
