Job Description
The ideal candidate will support the full scope of Human Resources responsibilities and partner with the organization on strategic initiatives. They will maintain and enhance the organization's human resources by planning, implementing, and evaluating human resources policies, programs, and practices.
Responsibilities
- Responsible in implementation, administration and maintenance of HRIS system, including payroll, regulatory compliance and benefits
- Responsible in reviewing and updating of HR policies to ensure alignment as per market practice and business strategies
- Conduct employee orientation and exit interviews up to Managerial level, as required
- Handle recruitment and selection process up to Managerial level, as required
- Responsible for Training Needs Analysis, include sourcing of training courses and making appropriate recommendations
- Leadings and supervision of the work performed by HR Administration Support
- Responsible as a window person with GHR team on all HR related issues (talent development) and all Japanese expatriate management
- Responsible for accuracy of monthly payroll administration
- Responsible for all tax matters
- Responsible for HR’s annual budget preparation and analysis
- Responsible in yearly review of company benefits
- Responsible in ad-hoc reporting surveys, as and when required
- Responsible in managing yearly performance management review and preparation of bonus payment and salary review
- Responsible in provide support to line managers in performance counseling or grievance as and when required
- Support Japanese expatriates’ relocation requirements by coordinating and working closely with the GHR team
Report and Documentation
- Responsible to assist in data tabulation on performance (KPI) updates and timely generation of monthly reports, and to verify and submit to the Management for review
- Responsible for filing documents related to ESI, PF and other regulations and managing the regulatory aspects.
- Responsible to maintain and create more efficient and standard documentation
- Responsible to report to immediate superior on any discrepancies
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree or relevant experience
- 5+ years' experience in Human Resources
- Strong recruiting and demonstrated ability to improve talent acquisition strategies
- Demonstrated expertise training managers and employees
- Strong organizational, critical thinking and communications skills
- Attention to detail and good judgement
