The Role
Responsible for locating and recruiting workers for the company and accompanying & guiding the candidates in the process while explaining about the company, the benefits and rewards plan, and the company's expectations.
Responsibilities
- Advertising jobs on various job search sites
- Finding potential candidates on LinkedIn & other platforms and contacting them (Head Hunting)
- Resume filtering
- Telephone interviews and impression summaries
- Accompanying and monitoring candidates during the process
- Scheduling job interviews and sending professional tests to candidates
- Ongoing work with a team of managers to ensure a smooth and efficient recruitment process
Requirements
- Level of writing, reading and speaking English - excellent
- Proven experience in locating and recruiting candidates in various countries around the world- MUST!
- Proven experience on LinkedIn- MUST!
- Detail-oriented
- Multitasker
