About the internship
Selected intern's day-to-day responsibilities include:
1. Undertaking detailed research and analysis for demographic information like for jobs and candidates
2. Designing a recruiting strategy with well-defined benchmarks
3. Researching and crafting job descriptions
4. Maintaining up-to-date market knowledge and expertise in various recruitment trends and practices, providing guidance and support as needed to recruiting leads
5. Recruitment marketing and account management
Who can apply
Only those candidates can apply who:
1. are available for full time (in-office) internship
2. can start the internship between 5th Jun'20 and 10th Jul'20
3. are available for duration of 3 months
4. have relevant skills and interests

Other requirements
1. Must hold an MBA (preferred HR background) or B.E/B.Tech/BCA/MCA/B.Sc degree
2. Must have an understanding of working on LinkedIn and other social media
3. Must have the ability to work in a team-oriented, highly collaborative open environment
