Summary
We have an exciting opportunity for a results-driven out of the box thinking HR & People – Engagement & Analytics Specialist to have a substantial business impact in support of iMerit’s strategically-focused global teams. Works with other members of the HR Department and employees to help and support the company on functional human resource objectives this role will have a strong responsibility upon People Analytics And development & Employee Engagement and best practices within the organization.
We are looking for someone who can analyze data and report it as well as doing recommendations on it. Create dashboards and support backup projects proposals with data, predict through data, and provide support by driving HR strategy with numbers. Along with they will need to have out-of-the-box ideas on Engagement especially with the new normal way of working to connect and engage across continent borders, implement the same, and show effectivity about the initiatives.
