This position requires partnering FAR Plant management team and HR team on all employee matters eg. talent acquisition of direct labour including external variable manpower planning , hiring, allocation and attrition, absenteeism management. The position is responsible for supporting the plant team in talent management, shop floor engagement, learning & development, grievance handling. The resource will work with senior HRBP in improving the IR climate and proactive union relations. The resource is also responsible for supporting all HR related audit.
