Job Description
The ideal candidate will have experience in all areas related to the human resources field. They should have more than 10+ Years’ experience managing HR business partnering role. The individual should have experience in managing HRBP for 1200+ employees.
Responsibilities
- Partner with business leaders and other support functions to maintain a highly motivated and engaged workforce.
- Leads and/or supports annual HR cycle deliverables, which will include performance management; rewards and recognition, awards; etc.
- Provides day-to-day performance management guidance to line management (e.g., coaching, counselling, career development, disciplinary actions).
- Work closely with management and employees to improve work relationships, build morale and increase productivity and retention.
- Conducts weekly meetings with respective business units.
- Partners with leadership to align HR strategy to business strategy and Provide HR Guidance when appropriate.
- Develop and nurture partnerships through human resources to bridge the divide between management and employees.
- Resolve complex employee relations issues and address grievances for the business unit.
- Maintain awareness of the culture, plans, financial position, and of the business units under the HR purview.
- The individual will implement HR plans and solutions in order to achieve strategic business initiatives and deliver results.
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree
- 10 years or more experience in HR or related field
- Strong organization, communication and conflict resolution skills
- Demonstrated ability to onboard new employees and manage HR tasks
- Proficient in Microsoft Office suite
