You as a People Partner will be working closely with our Consulting business team across different geographies including UK, US, India and APAC. The role provides an opportunity to work within the realms of all talent management process in Wipro and to participate in framework level work across assignments undertaken at Wipro Digital level.
Responsibilities:
- Run and manage the cyclic programs like compensation reviews, performance management, succession plans, role changes, promotions, trainings, and all other talent programs on periodic basis, while bringing awareness and transparency about these amongst the line managers and employees. In addition, you will be required to partner effectively with other HR specialist groups including Learning & Development, Employee and Labor Relations, Recruiting, HR Shared Services, and Compensation/ Benefits.

- Be a credible activist for our employees and for our mission. Speak up, exert influence to create positive team level changes via line managers.
- Be trusted advisor across a range of levels and disciplines to establish yourself and the function as a partner to the senior leaders/managers.
- Proactively identify opportunities and assess improvements to the employee experience and partner with management to develop and implement innovative and lasting solutions.
- Advise, mentor/coach and guide all levels of management to develop positive employee engagement capability and leadership skills.
- Lead career conversations, facilitate leadership connects and exert influence to create positive change and timely resolution on employee issues.
Preferred Qualifications:
- Post graduate in Human Resources with prior work experience of 4 to 8 years as HR Business Partner
- Preferably with experience in consulting firms/ mid to large IT orgs
- Knowledge of Employment Law in the UK (and other geos)
- Demonstrated ability to work within constraints as well as to challenge the status quo
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills; ability to analyse data, understand trends and develop recommendations based on them
- Proven experience of working with senior leaders and delivering HR agenda in line with business and people priorities
- Strong understanding of business, financial and strategic outcomes
- Prior experience in Change Management, Workforce Capability, HR Transformation, and Organisation Design would be a plus.
