Job Description
We are looking for a high energy, driven individual who can help us set the HR foundation at Agrim.
Responsibilities
- Recruit and Onboard new hires
- Set up intial team at Agrim
- Work with founders to set up right HR processes
- Help founders in administration work
- Work with finance team to set up pay roll and other processes
- Drive HR policies initiatives with Founders and Legal team
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree or relevant experience
- 3+ years' experience in Human Resources
- Strong recruiting and demonstrated ability to improve talent acquisition strategies
- Demonstrated expertise training managers and employees
- Strong organizational, critical thinking and communications skills
- Attention to detail and good judgement
