Job Description
Responsible for talent acquisition of all Managers / senior level positions for RD unit with Organizational needs
Identify control and manage cost effective methodologies for critical and senior sourcing
Deliver as per management requirement and metrics set for the talent acquisition team
Constantly strive to find innovative ways of hiring junior as well as senior candidates. To explore newer scientific techniques for recruitment
To handle agreements with recruitment partners, which includes periodic revision. To deal with partners in case of senior level positions
To participate in compensation surveys for salary and compensation benchmarking as and when required
To drive in employee engagement activity
Maintaining and generating MIS for the site
To ensure Organograms and JDs are updated and maintained as per respective SOP
Lead for all corporate HR interventions specific to site with respect to TA and talent management
Required Candidate profile
HR IT - automation based project specific to site to be initiated as per need
Effectively participate in various in house and external audits
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
