About the Human Resources Administrator role
Our Global Operations team will be the jet fuel to create and maintain a uniquely dynamic and high-achieving multi-cultural, multi-continental team at the cutting edge of how evidence is used to improve global development programs. The Human Resources Administrator on the Global Operations team will independently own and manage numerous workstreams across IDinsight’s talent acquisition, people and compliance efforts. The Human Resources Administrator will be responsible for driving forward a majority of the organization’s global talent acquisition efforts, supporting employee-experience initiatives, and assisting on policy and compliance-related workstreams.
Reporting to the Global People Operations Specialist based in Washington, DC and working with our Global and Regional Operations teams, the Human Resources Administrator will be responsible for the following:

Nuts and Bolts
This is a full-time position based in New Delhi, India. Compensation will be competitive with comparable social sector roles, and commensurate with experience and track record. Preferred start date is July - August 2020. We expect a minimum one-year commitment, with regular professional development conversations and potential for a long-term career at IDinsight. Please note IDinsight is not able to sponsor work authorization for this role. Successful candidates will not require IDinsight to sponsor their work authorization in India.
