Job Description
The ideal candidate will support the full scope of Human Resources responsibilities and partner with the organization on strategic initiatives. They will maintain and enhance the organization's human resources by planning, implementing, and evaluating human resources policies, programs, and practices.
Responsibilities
- Preparing and posting job descriptions
- Managing the overall recruitment process
- Creating effective onboarding programs
- Developing and implementing training routines
- Reviewing employment terms to ensure legal compliance
Back Office Related
- Assigning calling areas to tele callers
- Monitoring and maintaining the quality of phone calls
- Enforcing swift transfer of contractor schemes and rewards
- Ensuring all contractor grievances are resolved in a timely manner
- Calling contractors to apprise them of our products and promotions
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree or relevant experience
- 5+ years' experience in Human Resources
- Strong recruiting and demonstrated ability to improve talent acquisition strategies
- Demonstrated expertise training managers and employees
- Strong organizational, critical thinking and communications skills
- Attention to detail and good judgement
