Job Description
Key Responsibilities:
- Drive the recruitment and development of telesales customers in the large and midmarket segments
- Lead and coach a team of 10+ Inside Sales Representatives
- Ensure timely and robust completion of core personnel routines, including objective setting, performance reviews, payroll, reviews, and career discussions
- Continuously improve customer loyalty and satisfaction through helping customers address their business challenges
- Build strategic relationships with the customers by helping them move to cloud, set up EAs and implement SAM
- Achieve and exceed the revenue and margin targets for the financial year

Desired Competency & Experience:
- BE/MBA or equivalent degree
- 7+ years' work experience as an Inside Sales Manager within the cloud & software space
- Experience in the Microsoft Licensing Model, MCP, SAM & Licensing for the Enterprise market
- Experience and understanding of cloud technologies, including O365 and Azure
- Additional training or education in Business, Sales or Marketing is highly regarded
- Experience with the whole sales cycle and CRM systems
