Job Description
Zeta is looking to hire a L&D Specialist who will lead and Project manage the on-boarding program "Beta@Zeta" which is focused towards assimilating new joiners into our Zeta culture, products, and vision.
What is the job like?
- Lead the on-boarding activities for all of Zeta's lines of business' including the different tracks
- Act as central point of contact for managing projects, co-coordinating & follow-up with HR, Stakeholders, Talent Acquisition, Compliance team, and Support functions including Payroll, Finance, IT, Security, and Employees with a shared objective of providing a world-class on-boarding experience.
- Liaise with managers & leads to create learning journeys to improve the experience of new joinees in the first 90 days
- Lead & institutionalize functional training modules for all business units within Zeta, while developing effective induction programs and successfully devising a training strategy for on-boarding
- Monitor and review the progress of trainees through questionnaires and interviews with managers & employees. Also, assess the return on investment of the programs we run
- Improve the feedback and NPS scores for new hire training during the 0, 30, and 90 days interval
- Keep up to date with the developments in the learning space through research and introduce new technologies to make the "Beta@Zeta" program efficient
What we expect?
- Adeptness in using Project Management tools and agile methodologies
- Detailed project planning and control managing project deliverable's, project scope, and change control in line with the project plan
- An ability to identify bottlenecks and problem-solve those
- Ensure that service level commitments are always being met
- The knowledge of being able to work backwards during a high-volume hiring season
- A drive to ensure delivery of a top-notch Day-1 experience to new hires
- A background in training module development and training curriculum management would be helpful but is not a pre-requisite
Who should apply for this role?
- 5- 7 yrs of experience in creating and leading on-boarding journeys with at least 3 years of experience in Project Management.
- Strong at planning and organizing, curiosity and creativity, with a can-do attitude to overcome any obstacle during the project.
- You are accurate, efficient and can deliver high quality output in project execution and progress reporting.
- Adept Stakeholder & Relationship Management skills
- Ability and mental agility to adapt to a dynamic changing start-up culture like Zeta
