Key contact for partners, partnership teams and channel strategy teams for all Events and BTL Marketing.
Responsible for anchoring support from all marketing and other support functions for delivering marketing KPIs to key partner such as bank branch activation, agent recruitment, lead funnel management etc
Develop BTL marketing strategies aligned with the brand strategy
Ensure adequate brand visibility, availability of product, sales literature and sales augmentation material with partners and branch offices
Conceptualise and execute high impact promotions, on-ground activities, sales incentive programs (for bank partners) and customer engagement programs.
Cultivate strategies to drive up distributor NPS while working with stakeholders across the organisation
Take ownership of BTL agency and ensure KPIs are defined and met
Oversee new product launches, employee town-halls, leadership conferences and events
