Job Description / Responsibilities
â–ª Talent Acquisition (Recruitment).
â–ª Induction & Orientation.
â–ª Drive Employee Engagement and Learning initiatives.
â–ª HR Operations
–ª Payroll, Compensation & Benefits, Compliances.Â
â–ª Appraisal and Performance Management including online appraisal process.
â–ª Policy and HR Strategy development.
â–ª Exit and Final Settlement.
â–ª Conducting employee engagement like all employee meeting, training programs and events.
â–ª Skills to implement new HR project on Job evaluation, grading, banding, structuring and market comparisons.
â–ª Responsible for complete Administration and facility management of the company including branch offices.
â–ª Hospitality, Security, Insurance, Facility, emergency management Procedure.
â–ª Supervision of Tour and Travels of the company.
â–ª Office and other Agreements, VISA processing, FRRO, Accommodation etc.
â–ª Compliance initiatives as per instructions of Head Office
â–ª Engage in CSR activities in compliance with Companies Act
Skills
• Strategic planning, complex problem resolution and general management expertise.
