We are a fast paced growing organization & have tripled in the past couple of years. We will continue to expand at a high pace for the foreseeable future. This role is focused on talent acquisition (85% of the job) + entire employee life-cycle planning (induction, engagement, talent management, culture building & a whole lot of unforeseen work!)
Minimum 2 years of on the job recruitment & selection experience in a hyper growth setup, 2 - 6 years overall (HR experience). MBA in HR is desirable but not mandatory.
