Tutor Operations Tutor Operations at Lido Learning is responsible for recruitment, selection, training, engagement, and management of tutors on our platform. Tutors at Lido Learning work part-time, remotely from their homes. They deliver live classes using our in house platform and content to a small group of students. Tutor Support Manager Role Details A Tutor Support Manager at Lido Learning is responsible for ensuring a seamless experience for Tutors during and outside of the Lido classes. The manager is responsible to lead their team to deliver a great experience to Tutors. A critical role to enable effective operations at scale. A fast-paced role in an experienced team that loves to learn, improve, and deliver high-quality instruction at scale. The Tutor Support Manager would be responsible for the following Communication Lead the design of a communication plan to update, inform, and inspire the Lido Tutor community. Monitor working of the team and improve processes wherever needed to ensure all Tutor requests and concerns are resolved in a timely and satisfactory manner. Manage all communication channels
