- New Business Models: Putting customer at the centre. These won't be ad-driven in the traditional sense. Think micro-transactions, subscriptions and more.
- Consumers as Owners: It's a bit strange that consumers aren't part of the value chain. Turning customers into owners is a fascinating thought.

Key Day To Day Responsibilities
- Partner with Marketing leadership to help drive insights, analyse and identify market trends, issues, and opportunities, and understand behaviour and long-term trends, produce new datasets that unlock growth and business opportunities, working with other teams across the company in the process
- Manage the design and analysis of marketing insights; develop and socialise a rigorous culture of data-driven decision making.
- Work with the Data and Product Team, to deliver actionable insights to further increase user acquisition, engagement and monetisation.
- Analyse the marketing campaigns, carry out SWOT Analysis.
- Advice stakeholders on the best ways to use provided data
- Develop hypotheses and test them with data, rather than solely or primarily attempt to glean patterns from the data already in front of us.
- Define and monitor key metrics through consistent tracking, KPI’s, and dashboards.
- Leverage innovative quantitative marketing methodologies to better understand and engage our customers in order to deliver better experiences to them.

We’re looking for someone dynamic and you’ll need to have the below in generous quantities to succeed in this role.
- You have 2 to 5 years previous experience as a marketing analyst or business analyst.
- You have familiarity with and passion for effectively leveraging marketing to drive positive company outcomes.
- You have exposure to funnel analytics, user journey analytics, performance marketing or attribution marketing, reporting and business case building across paid and non paid channels for existing and new users
- You have experience writing and optimising complex SQL queries for large data sets.
- You are an excellent storyteller and able to communicate your findings with clarity and precision, whether through writing or visualisations.
- You have a strong grasp of both technical and business perspectives.
- You have a proven ability to work in a fast-paced environment, and to meet changing deadlines and priorities on multiple simultaneous projects.
- You have a strong analytical and critical thinking
- You have experience in various data collection methods and survey tools.
