Responsibilities: • Selling the products and services listed by Pepspot. • Manage and close inbound leads • Actively prospecting via cold-calls • Find decision-makers/HR on professional platforms like LinkedIn to collaborate for B2B sales. • Manage and provide transparency and visibility into an accurate pipeline. • Work closely with prospective clients to understand their business objectives and create the most appropriate solution to meet their needs. • Show a high degree of self-motivation and work well both as an individual and within a team environment • Meet or exceed quarterly and annual revenue targets Requirements: • 2+ years of experience in Sales • Understanding about the party culture/requirements. • Bachelor Degree (or Pursuing) • Proven success in developing new business and managing complex sales cycles. • Can work independently and manage time, whether in our office or remotely • Proven track record of presenting and closing mid-market relationships/accounts • Great presentation skills • Ability to interact at all levels of the organization • Strong teamwork ethic, excellent verbal and written communication skills PEPSPOT focuses on Real Estate, Hospitality, and Technology.
