Responsibilities and Expectations:
• Help develop Stack’s growth strategy, execution and optimisation of all marketing initiatives, through strong analytical skills and properly managed timelines
• Plan, design and lead campaigns across all marketing channels including (but not limited to) digital marketing, community, events, email marketing, content, offline marketing etc.
• Design and develop user activation and engagement campaigns (including influencer, ambassador and affiliate programs)
• Devising strategy, planning and execution of brand campaigns for educating potential users, retain existing users, drive customer value and enhance brand equity
• Closely monitor, track and report analytics to ensure they align with our growth KPIs (user acquisition, activation, retention, cost per metric, ROI etc.)
• Support content team on designing campaigns and writing/ proof-reading material
• Improve website SEO ranking using social media, writing blogs (multiple platforms), community forum engagement, connecting with bloggers, Google Analytics
• Establish an effective customer grievance framework; from planning to execution to monitoring and improving KPIs
• Develop a process for improving user CSAT without sacrificing quality parameters
• Drive continuous Support Improvement and Improve Problem Resolution times
• Stays abreast of industry trends to develop ongoing subject matter expertise in the digital acquisition/online media and marketing space
What you’ll need:
• Bachelor’s or Master’s Degree in Business, Management, Finance, Marketing or related fields
• 2+ years of proven marketing excellence, growing a product via cross-channel marketing campaigns
• Strong problem solving skills, using data to build and constantly improve marketing and CRM strategies
• Consistent and strong collaborator across multiple teams for effective execution
• Excellent communication skills with attention to detail
