Marketing Lead
Owner of all channels of customer acquisition & performance marketing - online & offline
Key Responsibilities
- Drive key business metrices directly related to revenue, customer acquisition & repeat sales
- Work closely with brand marketing & product team to design campaigns
- Work with tech team to design Shop fronts & CRM to drive sales & repeat
- Plan, build and optimize campaigns across paid channels
- Help test different value propositions and messaging across different channels to find the best new angle to bring new products to market
- Identify replicable marketing strategies, tactics, and channels that address our users’ pain points and convey product benefits to drive new customer acquisition
Skill sets
- 7-10 yrs experience in driving sales via key paid digital marketing channels
- Experience in managing influencer programs, affiliate programs and strategic alliances
- Additional brand marketing experience will be preferred
- Advanced and hands-on experience with Google Ads, Facebook Ads Manager, and other digital acquisition channels
- Proven track record of landing page optimization, digital acquisition, and down-funnel optimization
- Proven ability to develop meaningful growth metrics and lead marketing campaigns end-to-end, from planning to execution, to reach those results
