Job Description
The ideal candidate will be responsible for creating and executing our marketing strategy. You will lead our marketing campaigns, evaluate our marketing performance metrics, and collaborate with internal teams. You will have a strong marketing background with excellent communication skills and attention to detail.
Responsibilities
- Design the strategy to position Winjit’s products and services in strategic markets.
- Deploy successful marketing campaigns and own their implementation from ideation to execution.
- Execute the SEO plan for the organization.
- Conduct market research and suggest inputs to regional sales team on matters such as sectors to be focused and customer engagement.
- Experiment with a variety of organic and paid acquisition channels like content creation, content curation, pay per click campaigns, event management, publicity, social media, lead generation campaigns, copywriting.
- Produce valuable and engaging content for our website and blog that attracts and converts our target groups.
- Build strategic relationships and partner with key industry players, agencies and vendors.
- Prepare and monitor the marketing budget on a quarterly and annual basis and allocate funds wisely.
- Oversee and approve marketing material, from website banners to case studies
- Measure and report on the performance of marketing campaigns, gain insight and assess against goals
- Analyze customer behavior and adjust marketing campaigns accordingly
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience
- Experience in marketing for IT products and services organization is a must.
- 5+ years' experience in B2B marketing
- Strong verbal, written, and organizational skills
